Unable to log out

Hi Experts

External users are unable to log out from this option
We have set up proxy server as well as IIS between external user and qlik server

In addtion to this

For virtual proxy, the windows authentication pattern is "Windows" and 
for central not it is "forms"

Also, tested we socket connectivity and it is working fine.
