Upgrade 3.0: error

I just updated the software to version 3.0 but when I run the program it happens this error appears

Could you help me?

Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub with error (-102).

Hi,

I had the same issue. The steps help me to solved it was:

1. Go to "Internet Options";
2. Click "Connections" tab;
3. Click "LAN Confuguration" button;
4. Select "Detect connections automatically" (check it);
5. [Optional] I had "Use script of automatic configuration" checked;
6. Click "Accept" button.

Maybe this steps will solve your problem.
