Upgrade from Nov 2020 release to May 2024 release

We have Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, all installed on one Windows 2012R2 server. We would like to upgrade to the latest release May 2024.

The May 2024 release requires Windows 2016 and later.

In this case, what would be the best upgrade path or steps?

As there is a considerable difference, it might be interesting to update annually. In any case, making a backup is essential. If you want to update directly from November 2020 to May 2024, I recommend contacting a specialist to assist you with these steps.
