Use of 1 map (german plz1 + plz2), instead of 2

Hi.

I want to do the following:

show sales of sale-rep's, divided in plz-areas, shown in a map.

  1. user chooses a sales-rep
  2. the map shows the main-region (plz1), the sales-rep is responsible for
  3. the map (should) show the actual sales, divided into sub-regions (plz2).

The subject to this is, to show, which sub-regions are covered (with the corresponding sales-value) and which not, within the chosen  main-region.

I can do this with 2 separate maps, but maybe there is another (better) way.
