User Directory in Postresql - Change UserName

Hi,

We are using a db in postgresql to manage our users (email address is uiand all is working as expected.  We have been asked to amend a users email address.  Ive updated the db table and refreshed/synced the directory connection.  When checking the user in the QMC its still shows the old email address.

Any advice on how to sort this?  If I try to edit the users the email address is greyed out.  Should I delete the user?

Hi @Senor_Dai Did you try to restart the Postgres DB services after making the changes?

Hi @steeefan - this setting was already cleared.  Tried selecting at , re-syncing but no luck.  Also, @Chetan_MN - have restarted all services but no luck...

Any other suggestions?
