User cannot login via LDAPS

Hi Experts,

We're facing issues autheticating users via LDAPS. I can connect to the LDAPS server and find users. After adding licenses to the users. When I try to log in, it's show the login box repeatedly.

Should I need to add some proxy setting else ?
