Value List table Missing Data

I've built a table that uses a Value List to determine the rows.  4 of the Columns of Measures are aggregated measures (means and fractiles).  The rest are individual company results (YearID = Company Identifier).  The columns with the aggregated data fill all 3 rows of measures.  The columns with a single company data only fill the first row of measures. 

Any ideas why I'm not getting results for the rest?
