I connect to various APIs to extract Json formatted data. The API connector requires me to add parameters to pull the data I need which I have set up successfully in QlikSense. The problem comes when I pull data from one JSON connector and then I want to pull data on another based on some values extracted from the first which I would place in a variable as part of the second connection string.
I already know that it is not possible to do this in Qlik Sense because for some reason which I cannot fathom Qlik does not allow custom connect in Qlik Sense load script. However I can easily do this in QlikView
