Visualising each row in a table (Yes/No)

I am new to Qlik and would greatly appreciate some support for this. For the above table, I would like to visualize each row separately.

The actual value should be compared to the target value, and the visualization should show Yes (in green/green background) or No(in red/red background) based on the actual value. Thank you!
