Vizilib table click selection behavior difference

I have noticed that if i access a page with vizilib table via the hub then the click selection is working properly as expected: e,g making a filter selection on the column that is clicked.

but if i access the table via direct URL link (go direct to the page) then the click selection is disabled.

 

Any idea why? is this a bug?
