Which Columns Should Be Considered as Metadata from JSON Files Extracted via Qlik CLI Unbuild Command?

I have some dummy QVF files that I uploaded to Qlik Sense Cloud using the Qlik Sense Business trial. Using Qlik CLI, I was able to unbuild the app and extract objects like sheet JSON, load model JSON, etc.
During the unbuild process, a separate sheet JSON file is created for each sheet in the app. However, I noticed that one of the sheet JSON files is about 72,809 lines long and contains repetitive data.
My concern is identifying which fields or column names from the JSON file are important and should be considered for analysis (or considered as metadata information).
Does anyone have any insights or guidance on this?
