While editing the custom properties in user section, identification section can't be

Hello all,

Is there a way to restirct on QMC by creating a security rules that user can edit the user's custom properties and can assign values, but can't edit identification (e.g. adding role)? If it is possible then how should it be?

The key point is user can not assign rootadmin itself Maybe there is a way to limit the role options for that user. It will work too.

If you give me some insights for this case, I'd appreciate it.
