Hi everyone,

I need to be able to write by inserting in dashboard on tables connected to an Oracle database.

Can you tell me how to do it?

Thanks in advance

Hi Livio,

With LLodi (www.llodi.com) you can embed a form directly in your dashboard that allows you to send data to any endpoint.

Best,

Fernando

Hi Livio,

I hope you have found a solution to your request.

If not, then you should take a look at our native Qlik Sense write-back extension "Komment":

Komment

It only use native Qlik functionality and APIs and hence, it can be installed right away without the involvement of IT. All your comments are stored to QVDs so there is no need for external services or databases.

Happy commenting

All the best

I realize this post is pretty old but we've developed the Qlik Sense Writeback Extension for exactly this purpose.

We've created a knowledge base of all of the use cases from writing back to a database from Qlik Sense

Check back as we add more use cases.

If you need to let users add or update rows directly from a Qlik Sense table and push those changes back into your Oracle database, the SenseOps Writeback extension can help a lot. It supports editable tables, form inputs, and writes data straight into Oracle with proper validation and audit logs. The changes are saved permanently, and you don’t need to handle reload scripts or workarounds.
