Zero represented as blank in qlik Nov 2019 version

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded the QS version from April 2017 to Nov 2019. 

After upgrade, Reports with tables when exported to excel the cell which contains a zero are represented as blank.

The value is present in the cell( we can see on the top of the formula bar of excel when we click the cell) but it appears as blank.

Is it a Product version Nov 2019 bug.
