adding notes in a cell

I would like to be able to add notes in table cells- in qlikview 12 or  in qliksense .  Is that possible?  If so, how would I do that?

That feature is not available in Sense. If you want to annotate your charts then you do so via a data story where you snapshot the chart you are interested in and include comments.
