bar chart year to date

Hello,

I would like to have on my bar chart diagram on x-axis only the value of the current year at any time and on the y-axis the amount of sales from the begining of the year, the amount on the same period last year, and the amount of the budget for this period. 

These are the formula I use currently use :

Dimension : Annee
Measure 1 : Sum(Sales)
Measure 2 : Sum({$<Annee={"$(=Year(Today())-1)"}>}Sales)
Measure 3 : Sum(Budget)

And it's not working --'

Sum({$<Annee={"$(=Year(Today())-1)"}>}Sales)

it will always show previous year even if you select 2017 also it will not change

instead of Today pass variable (vYear)
