can we copy objects between different QVF ?

Hi Qlikers,

just started using Qliksense. just try to find a way where i can just copy certain objects from already created qliksense demo apps.

that way i can save lot of effort

Hi,

If you put both apps in Edit mode, you can right click an existing object and select copy. In the target app you right click the sheet (in edit mode) and select paste.

In edit mode you can right-click and copy an object, then paste it in another qvf. Works pretty well. I'm not sure about copying multiple objects though.

Dear Srihanthsri,

You can also make it a "Master Item" ( Right-click >master item). and you can use that object over again on different sheets, and then unlink visualization and then you can modify it as you wish on the new sheet.

Adding to that, copy and past object is only available if different .qvfs are opened under the same QlikSenseBrowser.

And also tested you can't select multiple objects in once.
