cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass

Hi ... I have the following scenario, I have a Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS and I have defined a Professional license ( not Analyzer). 

In Profile settings/Tools .. I downloaded the Qlik Sense Desktop .. after that, I authenticate my Qlik Sense Desktop.

At the moment to open the QlikSense Desktop and authenticate against the QSE SaaS I received the messages :

"You cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass"

I did all the steps .. like is showed in "https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-to-authenticate-Qlik-Sense-Desktop-against-SaaS-editions... from Fig 1 to 5, in the last step, fig 5 after the authentication I receive the error messages.

This is the tenant:

About the logs, I found in:
C:\Users\QLINK\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Log\Engine the following error message:

Hello Christian,

Thank you for reaching out to Qlik Support.

Please check and confirm the below details:

  1. 1. Can you confirm if  VPN is blocking any Qlik IPs?
    https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Qlik-Sense-SaaS-editions-IP-addresses-and-DNS-names/ta-p/171...
  2. If the firewall is configured to allow the above IP, please confirm if you have Qlik data transfer (QDT) running in the same machine. If yes, please use a different machine because Qlik data transfer needs a stand-alone machine. When QDT is running it will stop other Qlik services.
