color linked with two charts

Hi All,

Our requirements is there are two tables as below, for left table, we need two drill down dimensions(one for region and one for territory), for the right table, we used time dimension. What we want was that,  the right chart color can color by left chart dimension, for example, when left chart show region, then right chart color by region, when left chart show territory, the right chart color by territory, same for the  the dirll dowm dimensions (for example ,'市/DSM/SM..'). Also shared the sample in attachment. 

Can you help to check how can i achive the requirement? Thanks.
