convert an action button which uses a variable to a bookmark

Hello,

I have a button with an action that selects items using a variable.

My variable is 'Item1;Item2' and I use this in my Select values into a field.  This is dynamic as I can set the variable in my load script.

Is there a way to convert this to a bookmark and still have the items in the bookmark be dynamic?
