count distinct order not working

Hi experts

This formula shows the wrong total of count. In year 2023 it give 690, a download by excel shows 299. Any ideas?

count ( distinct [Order])

The combination of field-values within an object in Qlik is always distinct - so your object may not be granular enough to return your expected results - but the total-row for the calculation within Qlik should show the correct amount.
