cpu and memory usage is not 100%

Restart: Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Internal inconsistency, general exception detected (Simple Request).

I dont know why this type of errors are coming though CPU and memory usage is not 100%.

I have same issue here... did anybody find why is this happening and possibly solution to resolve the problem
