customize map

Hi All:

      I would like to create the customize map for visualization. Even I do some research, still no idea to build up the KML file and whole procedure. Could you share some options to me? Very appreciate.

      The customer map as below photo shows. Would like to show the two blocks in map. The block coordinate and raw data as attached excel files. To expect to get the "Fail" count by different color that shows in customize map.
