expression without tick my dimension

Hi,

i need a requirement for my expression :

For Example,

Outlook Month	October Value	November Value	Dec Value
9	2	3	4

with outlook month = 9 , i have to sum value from october - december which is 2+3+4 = 9

and my revenue from jan - sept = 10

so the result of outlook -FY = 19

question : how to use expression without tick my dimension month?
