geoanalytics - cannot drag measures

Qlik GeoAnalytics is acting quirky for me and there is no way to resolve this. 

Under 'Location, Size' on the left hand side, I have 2 measures but I cannot click and drag to prioritize, it is forcing me to delete and manually order them and it is a bit annoying having to do this. Is anyone running into this issue?

Hi, I just tested and it allows me to drag and drop, switching measure sort. Geonalytics version November 2019
