how to calculate YTD

i want to show only jan 2021 data using set analysis,

Exe: count(requestid)

please help me.

i have used this exp: 

count({<Year={'vCurrentyear'},month={'vcurrentmonth'},milestone={'On'}>}requestid)

But not working..

Please help me.
