how to reload a app through python scripts

pls someone can give a very simple on how to reload an app via python, thanks advanced.

I do research some but only find the official articles but failed to do the reloading,

I recommend explaining what you're trying to accomplish in order to get useful feedback.  

In regards to your question you can use the QRS api to reload an app.
