i can not access to hub, from Qlik Sense Desktop

I'am paying for Qlik Sense Business, i upgrade Qlik Sense Desktop for windows and ir worked fine until yesterday. Now after login it redirect to QMC and i can't find the hub. I tried Desktop, localhost, cloud, and nothing work. Please i need help
