i was ask to build chart like in image

HI all i need to show 20% above and 20% below of my measure like in below screen

i tried with like area chart ,,that cover all bottom area but only 20 of measure up and down

i actually tried with 3 measures that is not looks same as here

i just build area chart with stacked option

and use white colour for bottom measure, removed the bar
