is it mandatory to have develoment and reload on same node

i have some qvd files on a RIM node and that need to be loaded into app on daily basis.

in this case, is it mandatory to do app development and reload/schedule on same RIM.

or is it something can be managed central node as dev node and reload/schedule from RIM node.

No, that's not mandatory. You can divide roles over the nodes. See the online help for more information: Multi-node scenario: Production deployment allowing development ‒ Qlik Sense
