No, it is not possible, you can only have 1 central node at the time and whatever number RIM nodes, you may have a passive failover RIM that only will be assign in case the central node goes down(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5IblMGwrLU). Also if you use same license for two centrals, it will be consider as 2 different environments and that will be considering a violation of the license agreement https://www.qlik.com/us/legal/license-terms .
