migrate qlik sense application from windows server 2012 R2 STD to new server 2019 R2 STD

hi Team 

 

1 we are plan to migrate qlik sense application from windows server 2012 R2 STD to new server 2019 R2 STD  , 

is there any specific tool we need to use for migration to keep our existing configuration on new server ? 

product details : 

qlik sense - 14.20.5 (old server)

qlik nprinting - 21.14.4.0 (old server)

2 what if we directly upgrade from 2012 R2 to  2019 R2 is there any configuration changes required after upgrade ?

and is there any specific  file we need to backup ?

Hello ,

2. Best practice would install a new OS vs upgrading in place OS, this is from my years Server OS support.
