multipule dimension in bar chart

Hi,

I have a table with employee id and columes with planed and actual working hrs  for each month

name.             jan                       feb.                       march....

             planed actual. planed actual. planed actual

A.             20.         10.         30.       49.          26.          20

B.              17.         15.         30.       19.         40.          15..

I want to show on bars each month total planned next to total actual

If bar is not good chart for this what do you recomnend?
