I have sql query , which i  hardcoded the month.

I have 5 years data like this and i dont want multiple include statements to get included in the script. 

I have 5 years data which i need to extract on moth basis. 

Is there any automated way on this. 

So that for one country ,  i can use the include statement (.qvs) to generate all months data extarction. 

Please help me.
