other domain users not able to access qliksense

Hi Everyone,

We have installed qliksense on our system. we hav setup user and user directiory for domain domain1 and domain 2

when domain1 user hit the hub url. they were lited inside user lits. but domain 2 were not. they are getting 'Certifate error'.

we have set up user directory connectors using Active directory for both.and i have tried with LDAp for Domain 2.

could you please let us know how to provide access to other domain user?
