qlik monitoring app "User" Table is empty

Hello Qlik Community,

My License and Operations Monitoring App is no longer working. I noticed that the "User" table, "License_User_Access_Types" table and  "License_LoginAccessGroups" table are all empty.

I am not sure what the problem could be. All other tables in the App are filled.

Does anyone have an idea what my problem could be?

We have not changed the script. It just stopped working.

Thank you and I look forward to your suggestions.

Hi!
Did you make any changes to the qlik configuration?
Try also to inspect the logs for errors related to the monitoring app. Logs can usually be found in:
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log
Check the Scheduler, Repository, and Engine logs for any connectivity or script execution issues.

The empty "User," "License_User_Access_Types," and "License_LoginAccessGroups" tables in your Qlik Sense app likely indicate issues with the data source connections, data load script errors, or incomplete app reloads. Check data source connections, review the script for errors, monitor the reload process, and compare with previous app versions to identify the root cause.
