qliksense Text Colour expression using label name

Hi,

How can i reference a label of an expression rather than have the whole expression to colour the result.

this is the label of my measure:

[YTD Actual vs Budget]

and i need to colour the text blue if over 100 and Red if under.

this is my effort and i have error.

if([YTD Actual vs Budget]>100, Blue(),Red())

Thank you for your time in advance

Daniel

Note that this was introduced fairly recently, so if you're using an older version of Qlik Sense, it won't be available. If that's the case, the best approach is to put your formula in a variable and then reference the variable from both the measure itself and the color formula.

Thank you,

This is really useful.... interestingly, although the expression stated error, my suggestion actually worked using the label name. i didnt see this before because of the error. see below the expression, the error and the outcome.

Thanks again for your post
