recover password

I forgotten my password for email, when I try to recover my password, I never receive an email. When I try recover my email with username, it is come. What i'm doing wrong?

Can somebody help me?

Hi, which Qlik product or service are you trying to login? I notice you have Saas tagged. You may contact Qlik Customer support, who will help you login.
