I don't think this is possible. You could multiple the values with -1 I suppose and perhaps you can set the number format so that negative numbers are shown as positive numbers.
This is not possible with existing Qliksense visualizations but you have work arounds to achieve this as Gysbert mentioned. You can even build a custom visualization to achieve this.
