saml issue

Hi Experts,

I am facing one weird issue..i am able to  open qliksense url inside my VDI but facing an issue while opening outside my vdi.

The error is as follows "Contact your system administrator. The user cannot be authenticated or logged out by the SAML response through the following virtual proxy: SAML Authentication "

Please experts tell me what i need to do?
