selection is not working

Hi Dears,

I have the desktop version of Qlik Sense,

After I have

created my app > opened the Dev Hub > trying to integrate it into my web app in an HTML page

I viewed the object from the single configurator URL

The sheet contained a filter pane and a pie chart...

I noticed that the filter pane is not responding to the mouse click also when I select a part of the pie chart the selection is not working.

why does this happen,

please help if any one has experienced this before?
