sheets background image

hi, I've been trying to load an image as a background for a long time and I can't. I've tried .jpgs, png, default images and nothing works. 

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @gz ,

I suppose you are on Qlik Cloud, that icon "Background image" makes me think you might have missed a step:

once uploaded your image to Media library, you need to select it and hit the Insert button.

Try like this and we'll see

I use the insert button every time.

after that I can't even see the preview of the image that got the insert

in sheet properties I can insert the image into Thumbnail, but not into Background image

anyone? in other places where it is possible, the graphics load, but in this one place "Background image" I have a problem.

It's an odd behavior, maybe if you give more context informations, for exhample the Qlik version you are using, somebody from support can help you.

photo does not apply to background
