i have a db of ticketing the only way to calculate the number of tickets open and closed is by their dates of acknowledge and close, the think is when i use a combo chart by weeks of count of open and close i cant make of it a linear sum of diffrences or my expression is not working. i tried this sum(count(closeddate)-count(dateacknowledge)) . what i want is a linear bar of the sum of differences ??
