i want new filed like sector

From   TO         sector

Del-    Ban       Del-Ban

Ban-   Del        Ban-Del

Chn-  Bom       Chn-Bom..

    "From" '&'-'&' "TO" as Sector

May be try this (you had an extra single quote before first & and after the second &

Why putting '-' as the field already has it? Try:

From & TO AS Sector
