tenant creation issue

I'm unable to create a tenant don't know why when I try to create it show a error like 1001

basically, I don't aware of Qlikview so can you tell me how to create a Tenant in qlikSense .....I tried many times but it shows 1001 type of error I don't get why it showing this.

I tried to integrate Qlikview with salesforce......if I'm not wrong Tenant is important for integration??
