time slot

Hello
I have calculated the transport processing time by transport reference and I want to view the transport reference number by time slot:
if 0 <transport delay <5 minutes, we have 50 reftdr
0 <transport delay <10, we have 100 reftdr
10 <transport delay on 80 reftdr,
and present them in a bar diagram.
Who has any idea on how I can make the calculations and present them?
