wrong client assignment

Good afternoon

this is a request to a Qlik Employe:

I´m tryin to send a mail to the client support / Qlik Help but when I´m finishing the mail I have to select a client or end user.

I do not have clients or end users but there is a long list to select. 

I have try to reach by phone and no answer, I write to sales with no answer and I need to send the mail

Can you please contact me or configure my account so I cant see other reseller clients.

Hello! It sounds like you are a Partner trying to submit a case in the Support Portal. If you are submitting the case on behalf of yourself/your company, select your company as the end user. If you are submitting the case on behalf of a customer, select the appropriate customer account as the end user.

In the future, if you are unable to reach Customer Support through a case or by phone, you can contact us through live chat on the www.qlik.com homepage.
