How do I contact a moderator?

I would like to have an e-mail conversation with a moderator to give some feedback and get a clarification on one of the missions.

Is it possible to initiate a conversation on this forum and if so, please let us all know how to do it?

I am familiar with both of those people, but you can't send them a message unless they are following you.  Is there another way on the forum?
