I found a bug in QV 10.
Where and how should I report this?
All,
Currently, the only way to submit what you believe to be a bug in our software is by logging a case with QlikTech Support. You can reach them by going to http://www.qlik.com/us/services/support/phone-email-support, or the Customer or Partner Portals (if you have access to these).
Any other user group, thread or site is not created or monitored by QlikTech Support, and anything you read or action you take is at your own risk. These are unauthorized channels of reporting bugs, and may contain inadvertently erroneous, incorrect or even harmful information, code or "fixes".
Message was edited by: Jason Long. I added the word "inadvertently" because I don't believe our QlikCommunity members are purposefully reporting incorrect information; but since it is not verified by QlikTech, we cannot support it.

Hi Dennis,
we recently set up a group to share such things - feel free to join.
You may want to write to support@qlik.com too.
Thanks, I did post it in your group.
Is this an official Qliktech group?
If not, do you know if these bugs get to support or should I also report it at support@qlik.com?

Hi Dennis,
this isn't an official qliktech group and no support is provided. It's just for us users until qliktech hopefully provides a more transparent solution.
Clear.
So maybe not offical but it can be easy to check with other users to see if it really is a bug.
Thanks.
Thanks for the extra information Jason,
I will report this one with QlikTech Support.
