If we create a qvw file in license version . whether that qvw file will open in personal edition r not..

With personal edition, you can only open 3 files that were not created by that specific personal edition.

The licencing is applicable to QV Desktop client not to qvw. If you have licence then you can open any application otherwise you limited to 3 times only.
